Refund Policy

Overview
StormSnipe aims to deliver value on every purchase. This Refund Policy sets clear, consistent expectations for all product types. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Shared Lead Packs ($149/event)
No refunds after delivery. Once a Shared Lead Pack has been delivered – defined as when the CSV download link has been made available in your account or delivered via email – the purchase is final. This policy exists because the commercial value of the data is realized upon delivery; we cannot "un-deliver" information you have accessed.
Exception. If you purchase a Shared Lead Pack and the lead list contains fewer than 10 addresses due to a system error or data failure on StormSnipe's part, you are entitled to either a full refund or a credit toward a future purchase. Contact press@stormsnipe.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order ID to request this exception.
2. Exclusive Territory (from $299/event)
Refund available within 2 hours of purchase, if the lead list has not been downloaded.
If you purchased an Exclusive Territory product and: - Fewer than 2 hours have elapsed since your purchase, AND - You have not accessed or downloaded the lead list (as tracked by our delivery logs),
you may request a full refund. Contact press@stormsnipe.com with your order ID within the 2-hour window.
After 2 hours, or after the lead list has been accessed, no refund is available. This policy reflects the exclusivity guarantee – your purchase triggers our commitment to restrict the territory from other contractors, a commitment we cannot retroactively undo.
3. Solar Upsell Pack ($149/event)
Same policy as Shared Lead Packs. No refunds after delivery. Exception for data failures applies.
4. Multi-Vertical Bundle ($79/event)
Same policy as Shared Lead Packs. No refunds after delivery.
5. StormSnipe Pro Subscription
No partial refunds. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access through the end of the period you have paid for. No refund is issued for the remaining days in a billing period after cancellation.
Trial period. If StormSnipe offers a free trial period in connection with a Pro subscription, no charge is incurred until the trial period ends. You may cancel during the trial period without charge.
6. Branded Exclusivity Add-On ($299/month)
Same cancellation policy as Pro subscriptions. No partial-month refunds. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Media Stream Licenses ($500–$2,000/month)
Media stream licenses may be terminated with 30 days' written notice per the Media License Agreement. No partial-month refunds are issued. Prepaid annual licenses are non-refundable.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider for a purchase that does not qualify for a refund under this policy may result in immediate account suspension. We will provide all relevant documentation to the payment processor to contest invalid chargebacks.
9. How to Request a Refund

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
